1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Coast and Jo website and any purchases you make through it. Coast and Jo is operated by Coast & Jo, LLC

By visiting our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place the order for you.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. 3. Products, pricing and orders

We work to display our handbags and accessories as accurately as we can. Colors may look different on your screen, and leather, hardware and finishes can vary slightly from piece to piece. These variations are part of the product and are not defects.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. A price change does not affect an order we have already accepted.

4. Payment, taxes and promotions

Payment is due when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store your full card number. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.

Sales tax is added where required by law. Discount codes and promotions are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined unless we say so, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. Gift cards, if offered, are subject to the terms shown at purchase.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the addresses and regions listed at checkout. Processing and delivery times shown on the website are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and holidays. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order to the address you provided. Please enter your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address that you supplied. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at [email address] within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date, and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes on international orders.
